Like the Trinity stitch, the Modified Trinity Stitch is a fun and easy stitch to learn. It will add texture and interest to your project. The modified trinity stitch consists of chain stitches and double crochet decreases. This stitch gets its name because of the three vertical bars created in each of the stitches. It is cluster of double crochet stitches worked across 3 stitches, also also known as the double crochet 3 together (dc3tog). However, once you get the rhythm of this stitch, it seems as easy as pie.

MY FAVORITE PATTERNS USING THE TRINITY STITCH

Because the modified trinity stitch lends itself to many different styles of patterns, the possibilities are endless. Although, I have linked some different patterns here that use this stitch, I encourage you to try creating your own project. So, here is your chance to start with trying something small like a hat or scarf.
